Axiom launch into New Year with new Customer Experience Manager 

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve expanded the team at Axiom Sustainability Software as we welcome Sophie Dryden, our new Customer Experience Manager. 

Sophie will be an integral part of the customer journey at Axiom, helping to on-board new clients and ensuring they get the most out of their sustainability experience.

An experienced Project Manager, Sophie brings a decade of experience to the role including managing global brands. And she’s looking forward to working at Axiom, helping clients’ to achieve sustainable transformation. 

“My initial projects will be to look at how the business can standardise the onboarding process to make it more efficient as well as supporting in-life customers to get the most out of Axiom and give them the best service possible.

“I’m excited to take this opportunity and make it my own. I feel that I have the ability to make a real difference by creating processes and procedures that will be able to drive Axiom forward in 2024 and beyond.”
