Axiom Parent Company Secures B Corp Accreditation

While guiding our clients towards a more sustainable future is one of our core business aims, we also make sure to prioritise our own development and growth as a green organisation.

We believe it’s important to practice what we preach, so we are delighted to announce that our parent organisation, Gateway Procurement Services, is now B Corp Accredited.

About B Corp Accreditation

Certified B Corporations – also known as B Corps – are companies that are verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. To achieve certification, a company must fulfil specific criteria which include:

• Demonstrating a high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing a risk review
• Making a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders and not just shareholders – and achieve benefit corporation status if available in their jurisdiction.
• Exhibiting transparency by allowing information about their performance, measured against B Lab’s standards to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.

The B Impact Assessment and standards are independently governed by their Standards Advisory Council and continually improved by input from the organisation’s community of users and stakeholders.

The standards are very high– and we’re thrilled that we have achieved certification.
