Axiom Sustainability Software: Re-certified as a B-Corp for 2024!

Christmas has come early this year as Axiom Sustainability Software is proud to announce that we’ve officially been re-certified as a B-Corp! Even better, our overall score has increased by 5.7 points, reflecting the strides we’ve made as a business! 

What Is B-Corp Certification?

For those unfamiliar, B-Corp certification recognises companies that meet the highest social and environmental performance standards, transparency and accountability. This isn’t a box-ticking exercise – it’s about living our values and continuously pushing ourselves to do better for our team, community and the planet.

Where We’ve Improved

The B-Corp assessment considers five key pillars: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. Since our last certification in 2022, we’ve made significant progress across three of these areas.

Here are some of the highlights:

• Fairer Policies: We’ve updated our company policies to ensure we remain an equitable and inclusive employer.
• Team Growth: We’ve expanded and diversified our team, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to our work.
• Stronger Customer Base: We’ve continued to grow and strengthen our relationships with clients, improving the value we provide through our Axiom platform.

• Governance (20.2): Having the right policies in place ensures we operate responsibly, ethically and transparently.

• Community (30.8): Supporting our local community is a priority, whether by using local suppliers or collaborating with local organisations.
• Environment (12): We practice what we preach, using our Axiom software to track and minimise our environmental footprint.
• Customers (5.9): We’ve enhanced our offerings to ensure our clients gain even more value from the Axiom platform.
