What a year it’s been!
From the team expanding to new clients and the launch of our Social Value Calculator, it’s been non-stop since January 1st this year.
With one of our busiest years in the rearview mirror, it’s time to reflect on an amazing year for us and our clients!
The team expanded this year, as we welcomed two new arrivals – Gavin Gillie-Moore as Data Management Specialist and Customer Experience Manager Sophie Dryden. Both have settled in and are already like family.
We also made sure to take the time to enjoy our wins – which came thick and fast this year – with some well-deserved downtime!
It’s been a busy year of PR and press, with over a dozen articles, interviews and features across a diverse range of outlets. Here are some of our favourite features from this year!

We upped our social media game this year, building up our LinkedIn community, and really getting to the heart of sustainability and ESG with our content. Here are some of our favourites from an action-packed year!
From blogging to video updates and infographics to podcasting, we fully embraced our enhanced digital presence. That included taking inspiration from Charlie XCX with our Brat Summer/ESG Autumn post, getting involved with Black History Month thanks to co-founder Daniel Usifoh and a series of posts discussing what sustainability means to us. One of the highlights was being invited on the Shifting Views with Willis podcast discussing how businesses can become more sustainable, helping battle the climate crisis.
We moved forward this year, with several important new milestones and achievements.
We became the first ESG platform to launch an all-in-one Carbon and Social Value Calculator, helping businesses measure, manage, and communicate their ESG and social impact effortlessly thanks to our innovative tool!
And we launched a Free Carbon Emissions Calculator in Collaboration With Family Business United.
We then passed our Cyber Essentials Plus assessment, meeting some of the highest online safety standards.
And just as the year closed out, we had our B Corp status renewed, improving across several key categories!
We hit the road this year (sustainably, of course), as we were asked to speak at several key meetings across the country.
We were delighted to speak at Team Lincolnshire’s annual event on the importance of Social Value and the circular economy, while later in the year, we were very proud to sponsor the Great Northern Conference. And equally proud that it took place in our hometown of Hull!
